Insurance Information
We welcome all patients and are happy to help you, but we do not accept or file any form of dental insurance. Payment is due in full at time of service.
We will provide you with a dental claim form for your insurance to help you maximize your benefits. Your insurance company will then send any reimbursement directly to you at your home address.
If it is important to you, prior to your appointment, you may wish to contact your carrier to ask how much they cover under your plan. Reimbursements are typically less than you might expect, especially for cosmetic services.
